Floyd Meldrum, the owner, has gained a strong reputation for honesty, dependability, and quality work that has continued with him for over five decades. In addition to aggregate material sales and production, Floyd also has property development and management companies. He has experience and success with land acquisition and development, environmental compliance, and build-to-suit construction management services. His exceptional knowledge and expertise in construction and environmental regulations have helped him understand what it takes to lead a successful brand. 

Floyd Meldrum was involved in building over 80% of the major hotels and resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. Over the past sixty years, Floyd has gained a unique and specialized knowledge of the entire southern Nevada area in day-to-day involvement in paving thousands of miles of roads, constructing millions of square feet of various buildings from hotels to schools to shopping centers to heavy industrial and commercial complexes. He has had a keen understanding of the construction business by locating, developing, and maintaining several of the most essential sand and gravel claims related to trucking operations in the Southern Nevada area.
